Adding Finished Contacts to a New Sequence

How to add finished contacts to a new sequence to re-engage or "Check-back"

Create a new campaign as you normally would before adding the prospects you would like to re-engage or "Check-back" with.

To add finished contacts to your new campaign:

  • Go to People –> Contacts

  • Create a new list

Name it and click Create

Click Create new filter

Name the filter if you'd like to re-use for later campaigns.

Select a new property, click the arrow next to Added on. Note: You will need to repeat this step multiple times.

Add the following properties using the same steps to add additional filters:

  1. Bounces > Less than > 1

  2. Replies > Less than > 1

  3. Status: Opted Out > is > False

  4. Email Validation Status > is > Valid

  5. Email Validation Status > is > Risky

  6. Opens > One or More

  7. Status: Finished > is > True

Click Save to save the filters for future use, or Apply to use them once. These are our suggested filters, but feel free to add more filters or properties as needed.

  • Go to All and select All in list

  • Click Move to lists

  • Choose the list you just made to locate the non-responsive contacts, then click Apply

  • Locate the list you created under the Lists section

  • Select the contacts you want to move to the check-back sequence.

  • After selecting the contacts, click to Move to sequence, and find the sequence you created.

To move contacts to the first step in the selected sequence, select Move contacts

Make sure to activate your campaign and you're finished!
