Setup & Getting Started with PeopleLinx Lead Scoring

Enable lead scoring and 1-click prospecting. Setup takes just 2 minutes.

Setup & Getting Started

  1. Create an account via login.peoplelinx.com

  2. Connect Lead Scoring to your PeopleLinx outreach

    • Locate your API key in PeopleLinx > Settings > API Key

    • Add your API key to your Lead Scoring app: Settings > Integrations > PeopleLinx

  3. Download the mobile application and log in with your Lead Scoring credentials

Prospecting

PeopleLinx Lead Scoring scores leads based on sales outreach activity and data such as email opens, website and calendar URL clicks, time since last engagement, and other key factors. Check out our application overview video.

Following through on top engaged prospects

  • Calling: PeopleLinx enables 1-click calling to follow through directly from the mobile application

  • LinkedIn: PeopleLinx enables 1-click access to the prospects' LinkedIn profile for sending connection requests, messages and additional research

  • Emailing: If a prospect has not engaged in 2+ weeks, it’s recommended to reach out via email to bring the opportunity back to life

Marking prospects as completed

  • If you connect with a prospect or decide to move on from an opportunity, you’ll want to mark that prospect as “Completed”. This will remove them from your main dashboard and/or remove them from an active campaign.

    • If the prospect re-engages with your sales outreach, PeopleLinx will automatically bring them back as a scored lead

    • Prospects are automatically marked as completed after 30 days of inactivity.

Main dashboard

  • The main dashboard displays all of your top engaged prospects, your recent prospecting activity, and a live feed of prospects actively engaging.

Reporting & Analytics

  • The reporting dashboard helps measure and track your prospecting activities in detail.

    • Measure and track sales activities across teams

    • Analyze outreach performance, scored leads, follow-through calls etc.

    • Review individual and team campaign performance (open, reply rates etc.)

    • Identify top performers and which sales activities drive the best results

Admin analytics

  • Team admins have access to overall team and individual performance. This is available to premium customers only.

Summary

PeopleLinx is powered by your prospecting system. To maximize lead flow you’ll want to ensure your outreach remains active and is performing at its highest level.

  • If your prospecting system goes inactive or you’d like to increase prospecting activity independently, upload a CSV of prospects anytime within settings.
