Configure the general settings to access your account data, billing options, email accounts, scheduling, API & more

ACCOUNT

The Account tab lets you change your Full name, Company, Phone fields as well as update your password. You can also upload a profile picture that will be visible to your team members. On top of that, you can book a call with your Customer Success Manager to learn best practices and get advice, feedback and insights.

TOOLS

The section allows you to set up tasks according to your business needs. From here, you can also enable or disable email quality check for your email templates.

EMAILS

The Emails tab allows you to perform the following actions:

  • Edit Email safety settings

  • Edit Email notifications settings

  • Edit BCC Settings

  • Edit Blacklist settings

  • Manage Custom fields

  • Edit Time zone settings

  • Manage Out Of Office replies

Email safety settings include the following options:

  • How to handle Out of Office, Auto Reply and Bounced emails - specify how you want to handle out of office emails, auto-replies, and bounced emails. It is set by default to Do nothing.

  • Delay before sending first email - specify a custom delay before sending the initial email, once you have added a contact to the active sequence. It's set to 30 seconds by default.

  • Max number of emails to a single contact per day - set the maximum number of emails that can be sent to a single contact per day.

Email notifications section allows you to set up sending the following email reports to you and your team members:

  • Team reports. When enabling this type of email notification, you will receive daily/weekly/monthly reports showcasing how many emails were sent from your PeopleLinx account in the specified time interval.

  • Sequence error reports. When you enable this type of email notification, you will receive a report about sequence errors if they occurred within the past 24 hours. This report will also include recommendations on how to fix them.

  • Notification when the token expires. With this email notification enabled, you will receive an instant notification once the connection token of any of your sending emails expires and the sequence is not sending.

For each type of notification, you can add email addresses to which these notifications will be sent.

BCC Settings include the following:

  • Provide one or multiple emails that will be BCC’d to all outgoing emails

  • Provide one or multiple emails where all incoming replies should be forwarded to

The Blacklist section allows you to add email domains into a blacklist to prevent contacting unwanted organizations.

In Custom fields, you can manage your list of custom fields, e.g. add text or number type fields.

In the Time zone section, specify the timezone you're in, it's not picked up automatically.

The Out Of Office section allows you to customize the processing of out-of-office replies: you can set the number of days after which such contacts will be automatically resumed.

CALLS

This section allows you to set up your call experience. You can enable Cloud Calls for your team, and the system will redirect you to enter payment details.

EMAIL ACCOUNTS

The Email Accounts tab lets you manage your email accounts connected to PeopleLinx. To add an account, click the "New email account" button at the top right corner of the screen. For more information, use this article Step #1: Connecting an email account (article coming soon).

On the tab, it is possible to see your daily limit for emails sent (based on your current plan) and the overall number of emails sent from each connected email account:

Note: Daily limits for email accounts are updated every day at 00:00 UTC (7pm UTC-5). Please keep that in mind when sequence sending schedule is extended past 7pm EST.

SCHEDULES

The Schedules tab lets you create and manage schedules for sending emails within your sequences. For more information, see the article Delivery windows (schedules) (article coming soon).

API KEY

The API Key tab contains the API key for your PeopleLinx account. You need this key in order to access the PeopleLinx API. For more information about the API, see the API section of the documentation.

BRANDED LINKS

Branded URLs let you personalize your opt-out, open, and click tracking links and can improve your spam score by putting these services under a domain that matches your brand. For more information, read this article (article coming soon).

MEETINGS

PeopleLinx meetings seamlessly integrate with Google Calendar so you can have complete control over your schedule. Here, in the settings, you can set the time zone, add a title and description for your calendar, as well as indicate the duration of your meeting.

CHROME EXTENSION

From this section, you can install PeopleLinx Chrome Extension.

BLACKLIST

From here, you can blacklist certain domains to avoid contacting unwanted organizations. Even if you move contacts from blacklisted domains to a sequence, they won't receive your emails.

BETA

Here, you can enable access to beta features. The Beta program of PeopleLinx allows you to use the latest features that are not yet generally available to all users.
